Privacy policy

When you sign in, we handle account information made available by your sign-in provider, such as your email address, profile name, profile image and account identifier. We also store booking information including events, seats, ticket amounts, booking identifiers, reservation expiry and ticket status.

The gate scanner requests camera access to read ticket QR codes, or staff can enter a ticket ID manually. The ticket identifier is sent for validation, and a successful scan records a scan timestamp. Support information you choose to provide may include your booking details and payment reference. Do not send passwords, UPI PINs or complete card details.

Information is used to authenticate your account, reserve seats, provide digital tickets, prevent duplicate bookings, validate admission and help organizers manage bookings and finances. It may also be used to resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations.

Authorized organizers can access booking information needed to operate events and review finances. Authorized gate staff can validate tickets. Access depends on the account's permissions.

Hosting and authentication are provided through Lovable Cloud and the selected sign-in provider. If a real payment provider is connected, the information required to process and reconcile that payment will be handled under that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

The website uses browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions and essential account functionality. Clearing this storage or blocking it can sign you out or affect booking continuity. This policy does not assert that optional advertising or analytics tracking is enabled.

The current payment flow is a test and does not verify real bank payments. Do not enter a UPI PIN or banking password on this website. When live payments are enabled, enter sensitive payment credentials only in your trusted payment app or the payment provider's own secure checkout.

Account and booking information is retained as needed for service operation, reconciliation, disputes and applicable legal requirements. No fixed deletion schedule has yet been published.

Access controls are used to restrict account and booking data. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account and ticket QR secure and report suspected unauthorized access.

You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or raise a privacy concern with the operator at datlahiteshrajverma@gmail.com. Requests may require identity verification, and some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved transactions.

People under 18 should use the service with a parent or guardian's permission. A parent or guardian may contact the operator about a child's information.
