Provide accurate account and booking information and keep your sign-in secure. Do not use another person's identity. If you are under 18, use the service with a parent or guardian's permission. Admission remains subject to the event's age restrictions.

Prices can differ by theater, event and seating class. Review the event, venue, date, time, seats and total shown at checkout before paying. A booking may contain a maximum of 10 tickets.

Selecting a seat does not reserve it. The first successful Continue reserves the selected group for five minutes. Other customers cannot reserve those seats during an active hold. A hold is not a confirmed ticket and expires if confirmation is not completed in time.

Only a confirmed booking with an issued digital ticket grants admission. A payment attempt, bank debit or screenshot alone is not an admission pass. Keep your payment reference for any discrepancy.

The current checkout uses a test payment confirmation step. It does not verify a real bank payment. Do not send real money using the test checkout. Real payment handling must be connected before live sales.

Confirmed digital tickets are available in My tickets. No physical shipment is required. Keep your ticket QR private; entry is validated at the gate and a ticket already scanned cannot be reused.

Follow the venue's safety rules, entry restrictions and staff directions. Event-specific inclusions are limited to the information listed for that event; do not assume that another event's inclusions apply. This website does not claim official endorsement by an artist, studio or venue unless expressly stated.

Customer-requested refunds must be requested by email within 2 hours of booking confirmation. No voluntary refund is available after that window. See Cancellation & refunds for details and separate treatment of organizer cancellations and payment discrepancies.

Do not duplicate tickets, interfere with bookings, misuse accounts, resell through fraudulent means or disrupt gate validation. Organizers may investigate suspected misuse and act as permitted by law.

The website may be temporarily unavailable. Contact support about booking or payment discrepancies rather than making repeated payments. These terms do not exclude responsibility or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Material event changes will be communicated through the available booking contact details where possible. Revised terms will be dated on this page; they do not retrospectively remove your existing statutory rights.
